BayTowne Villas Home Owners Association sponsors this web site to communicate with residents and friends about our community, amenities and pressing issues that arise from time to time. We want to communicate in a timely manner and make sure our information is accessible to everyone concerned.

As you know, Baytowne Villas HOA hosts a 30 minute interactive resident meeting at our monthly board meeting the second Tuesday of every month. In the month of November we elect new board members to replace those who are retiring from the board.

We post special notices at the mail boxes and pool area, and our management company sends letters of importance when we have special needs to cover. So now, for those of you who have computers, this web site is another way we will be posting information for you. Please remember to share any new information with your neighbors who may not have access to a computer.
