Architectural Applications
Posted on Mar 12th, 2014
It has come to the Board's attention that several homeowners have made alterations to their properties (replacement or new fences, etc.) that have not been approved by the Association.  Please note that doing so may subject the homeowner to fining and removal of such improvements.   ALL homeowners must submit an Architectural Improvement Application to our Property Management Company and approved by the Board of Directors.   These forms may be found on this website under Documents/Forms and also on First Service Residential's site (www.fsresidential.com).  You will need a permit from the City of Safety Harbor, a copy of the survey for your property, a diagram of what is being done and a copy of the contractor's estimate on their letterhead.  They need to be submitted to Gail Knight, First Service Residential, 2870 Sherer Dr., N, Ste. 100, St. Petersburg, FL 33716.   We will do everthing we can to expitide your request.  Thank you!
