BayTowne Villas Home Owners Association sponsors this web site to communicate with residents and friends about our community, amenities and pressing issues that arise from time to time.  We want to communicate in a timely manner and make sure our information is accessible to everyone concerned.

We post special notices on the bulletin board at the Clubhouse, and our management company sends letters of importance when we have special needs to cover.  So now, for those of you who have computers, this web site is another way we will be posting information for you.   Please remember to share any new information with your neighbors who may not have access to a computer.

Announcements

The next meeting of the Board of Directors will be held on the second Tuesday of the month at 7:00 p.m.  There will be no open session prior to the meeting.
