The pool area and deck offers chairs for sunbathing and tables for games or meals.  It also features a shuffle board court and an outdoor grill.

 

Our clubhouse is the community's main gathering space with a kitchen and restrooms.  The clubhouse can be rented by homeowners for parties and special occasions, for a nominal fee.  To rent the clubhouse, fill out the form on this website under "Documents".  For more information, homeowners should contact Baytowne's property management company.  

 

The recreation building is being renovated.  It has an office that serves as a Pinellas County Sheriff's sub-station.  This is a convenient location for officers to work, and provides Baytowne with the security of having around-the-clock Sheriff presence.  The recreation building also has pool and card tables for game enthusiasts.

 

The recreation area is easily accessible from Bay Place with parking provided.
