Can we have pets?
Yes. Each resident is allowed to have two pets. For more information please refer to our Association's documents.

Does the community have regular lawn service?
Yes. Baytowne Villas has regular lawn service that includes mowing and trimming common areas.
Also, our residents are encouraged to landscape the property around their homes to showcase our community.
To get free mulch, you can visit Safety Harbor's location at 1200 Railroad Avenue or call Pinellas County for more information at 727-464-7500.

How do I get a new pool key?
For pool keys, please call the property management company and they will arrange payment and distribution of your new key.

How is large trash taken care of?
PLEASE do not place large trash items near the dumpster, e.g., mattresses, washers, dryers, furniture, etc.. Please call the City of Safety Harbor to haul large items away. To use this service, call 727-724-1540. A fee may be involved.

What are homeowners responsible for?
Baytowne Villas is a PUD (Planned Unit Development) deed restricted homeowners association. Wtih this, the owners of each villa owns their individual unit and immediate front and rear property.
Some examples of homeowners responsibilities include: roofs, landscaping (except for lawn mowing), air conditioning, plumbing, hot water heater, all interior repairs, homeowners insurance, windows, and more. For more information, please refer to our association's documents.

What are the parking arrangements for homeowners?
Homeowners and Residents are allotted two spaces in front of their homes.
Visitor parking is available at the clubhouse.

What is the monthly association fee?
In 2012, the monthly association fee for all homeowners is $109.00. This includes basic cable provided by Bright House Networks.

Where do visitors park?
All visitors are asked to park in the designated area in front of the clubhouse. The clubhouse is located near the "Recreation Complex" sign at the Bay Place entrance to Baytowne Villas.
Overnight parking must be pre-approved by the Property Management company. For more information, please refer to our Association's Rules and Regulations and governing documents.
