Amenities

In the mood for a swim, playing shuffleboard, or hosting a party...we have it all! Enjoy the many amenities and picnic spots under our trees at Bay Towne Villas. The recreation area boasts a large swimming pool with stone paver deck and lounge chairs, a clubhouse and recreation building. To access the pool area you will need go to the Forms page to submit a request.

 

Our large pool area offers chaise loungers for sunbathing, tables and chairs, and an outdoor shower. It also features a shuffleboard court, corn hole game and an outdoor grill. We have the pool water heated in the winter. 

 

Our clubhouse is the community's main gathering space. The spacious main room allows for various seating options with tables and chairs. It has a clean kitchen with oven, if you'd like to serve food. We rent out the clubhouse to our residents (see Forms page to submit a rental request). 

 

The recreation building is smaller than the clubhouse with pool and ping pong tables.  Bay Towne Villas is fortunate to have a Pinellas County Sheriff sub-station in this building as well. It provides a place for officers to work with a bonus for our community having Sheriff presence day and night. (see Forms page to submit a fob request).

 

Our recreation area and its parking lot are easily accessible from Bay Place.
