Our Community

Bay Towne Villas is nestled between Old Tampa Bay and scenic Philippe Parkway, in Safety Harbor, Florida.  Our community enjoys a park-like setting on approximately forty acres with tree lined streets and friendly neighbors.

 

Living in Bay Towne Villas is only a short walk or bike ride to downtown Main Street with shops, restaurants and the historic Safety Harbor Resort and Spa.  While in Safety Harbor, enjoy music at the Gazebo and spend time at the regional museum.

 

We are conveniently located near Tampa International Airport (TIA), beaches, arenas, county parks, shopping and many other attractions.

 

We are a Homeowners Owners Association (HOA) and follow all community, local, and state requirements. Our monthly fee includes lawn service, access to pool and amenities, dumpster pick up, plus basic cable TV. All other household costs are paid for by homeowners. We have a Board of Directors who team closely with our property management company to enhance the living experience of our residents.

 

All new residents are required to complete a new owner or renter form. If you are renting your villa, please click Forms, on this site, to submit your form. We greatly appreciate our neighbors - current and new.
